When you need it done right!
When you need it done right!
I am Robert Cantrell, a patent agent registered to practice before the USPTO and affiliated with Jimenez Law Firm, Colson Law Group, and Simpson & Simpson, PLLC. Strategy Innovators LLC is my business entity. I provide patent drafting and prosecution services for my clients. If you need a patent, I can write it for you. I also provide patent landscape analyses, conduct innovation workshops, teach patent strategy, and teach sales-for-engineers.
I am formally educated in life sciences and self-educated in mechanical and electrical disciplines. About half of my work is in software-related fields, including artificial intelligence.
If you would like to discuss patenting an invention, you can schedule a meeting on Calendly.
I believe the true role of the inventor is to make the job of associated salespeople easier. This belief stems from experience. I started my business career after the Army in a solution sales role, often modified my products so they would sell better, and ultimately became an inventor on 52 issued patents. Most of my inventions are high-tech and owned by Walmart. I now serve as a patent practitioner helping other inventors and patent department heads. I will work with you as a person who has walked in inventor's shoes.
I wrote a book on patent strategy that was published by Wiley in 2009. The book is geared toward large enterprises. Many of my clients of late are small enterprises. The concepts within the book are universal, but the execution may be different. Below or some reviews.
